1. How do I know which size to choose for my pet?
We provide a detailed Size Guide in the description of each wearable product (collars, bandanas, and apparel). We recommend measuring your pet's neck and chest before purchasing. If youâre between sizes, we always suggest sizing up for extra comfort!
2. Are the ceramic bowls dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our puppy-pattern ceramic bowls are designed for everyday convenience. They are both dishwasher and microwave safe.
3. Are the retractable leashes suitable for large dogs?
Our retractable leashes are best suited for small to medium-sized dogs (up to 35-45 lbs). For very large breeds or strong pullers, we recommend using our heavy-duty fixed leashes.
4. Can I machine wash the pet beds and bandanas?
To keep the colors vibrant (especially the leopard and checkerboard prints), we recommend hand washing or using a delicate cycle with cold water, then air drying.
