At Pawrent Vibe, we know you and your furry friend are excited to receive your new gear! That’s why we work hard to process all orders within 1-2 business days.

  • USA Shipping: Your order will arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.

  • International Shipping: For our "Pawrents" around the globe, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days (depending on destination and customs processing).

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey home.

Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we’ve got you covered.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a refund.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached (especially for hygiene-sensitive items like beds or apparel).
